3st opens offices in Cologne and Leipzig

The Mainz-based communications agency 3st continues to expand and has opened two new office locations in Cologne and Leipzig. With the new spaces, the agency is installing decentralized hubs to complement mobile working and get closer to current and potential employees. "Our home port is and will remain in Mainz," says 3st Managing Director Marcel Teine. "But at the same time, we want to strengthen our presence across Germany – and we think the media cities of Cologne and Leipzig are particularly well suited for this."

3st's new Cologne office is centrally located on Komödienstraße within sight of the Cologne cathedral, just a stone's throw from the main train station. It is designed as an office community with UX designers, art directors as well as film experts and animation experts. The focus of 3st's work will initially be on media production. In addition to the actual office space, a spacious coffee kitchen and a conference room are also available in Cologne.

The Leipzig 3st hub is located in the Kulturwarenfabrik, which is located on Lützner Straße in the western district of Lindenau. The offices are housed in a larger building complex; the 3st office itself is part of an office community, the rooms are separated by glass walls and there are open seating areas, a kitchen, a conference room, a small recording studio and a large terrace. The focus of 3st's work in Leipzig will be primarily in the areas of programming and UX design.
