Confidentiality, availability and integrity of information are very important to 3st kommunikation. We have therefore taken extensive measures to ensure the best possible protection of sensitive and confidential information.

Our information security management system (ISMS), established in 2021, has the task of creating, maintaining and continuously improving the secure handling of information at all levels in a continuous improvement process. Clear responsibilities and processes have been defined and the necessary resources provided for this purpose. In 2021, we successfully certified our comprehensive information security management system in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2017.

Since 2023, we have also been audited in accordance with the specifications of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA ISA) with a TISAX label for information security.
