Vorwerk Annual Report

Welcome to the free space

Free space – everyone wants it and needs it, whether in the private or in the professional life. In the new report of Europe’s number one direct sales company, numerous protagonists report on how important free space is for the success of the Vorwerk Group. “Free space” is a perfect example of how print and digital can individually develop their strengths and work together harmoniously at the same time.

The website’s special feature is its interactive 3D space. Each of the six elements acts as a teaser leading to the respective online story.

The key term “free space” leads us to the third dimension of storytelling: the stories are presented online in changing experience spaces. The stories that include texts with high journalistic value, photos, videos and a lot of animated graphics are marked by their interactive and playful character.

This way, the users experience in an entertaining way the strategy of Vorwerk, its values, products and processes as well as – most importantly – its people.

The print report comes with a special highlight in the table of contents: via die-cuts and folds, small physical spaces emerge which hint to our key visual, the cube. There are teasers for the six stories which are fully available online via the QR codes. Those who still cannot get enough can take their smartphones and enhance, also using a QR code, the “free space” with augmented reality.
