ZDF studios is responsible for ZDF's worldwide program distribution and the realization of international co-productions. The corporate website is also the central distribution platform where program buyers from all over the world register to view the latest film productions, films and series.
3st has been responsible for the design, technical operation and support of the site for many years. This balances the streams to the local network quality with the lowest possible latency.
The open source CMS Drupal is used for intuitive content maintenance and enables sales employees to send individual playlists to selected customers using the sneak preview function. The smart search engine from ElasticSearch ensures a pleasant user experience with numerous filters such as genres, regions and movie lengths.
