Amprion Employer Branding

New energy world is looking for talent

It is a mammoth task for employers to find qualified employees and meet the high recruitment requirements at the same time. The transmission system operator Amprion wants to stand out in the "war for talent" – as an interesting employer with meaningful tasks, long-term prospects and attractive framework conditions. Together with us, Amprion has tackled the issue in a communicative manner.

The aim was to create a film that conveys authentic employer branding. Viewers should understand what it feels like to work at Amprion. To achieve this, we thoroughly examined the employer brand and developed a concept that accompanies typical employees in their everyday lives.

Three protagonists ask themselves at the end of their working day: "What have I achieved today?" The voiceover immerses viewers in the testimonials' inner monologues. Images in a golden evening mood create the right atmosphere. The film also presents the diverse areas of work and the company's locations with a highly dynamic editing style.

The film supports employer branding at recruitment fairs, on the website and on YouTube. Short social media clips make the concept suitable for the funnel of an employer branding campaign. As a supplementary marketing asset, viewers are directed to Amprion's careers page.
